The Mi-Swaco 4-inch Twin Cone Hydrocyclone is a high-efficiency, field-proven solid-liquid separation component specially designed for oilfield drilling mud solids control systems. Adopting the exclusive twin-cone structure and optimized 20° taper angle design, this 4-inch hydrocyclone delivers 50% higher processing capacity than conventional single-cone counterparts of the same size. It serves as the core unit of desilting and mud cleaning equipment, effectively removing fine silt, abrasive cuttings and ultrafine solid particles from drilling fluids to stabilize mud performance, protect downstream drilling equipment, and reduce overall operational costs.
