Product Description:

Hydrocyclone group is mainly used in the mineral processing for classification, sorting, concentration and deslming etc. It is non-power equipment, which is pumped the fluid mixer to the hydrocyclones, dure to a certain pressure, with the centrifugal force, the fluid mixer is separated different size as requirement.

According to different size requirement, the hydrocyclone's size is from 2", 4", 6", 8", 10" to 12". The 2" and 4" material is polyurethane, and other sizes are inner PU polyurethane, outside is steel.

Usually, the hydrocyclones are round a circle, each hydrocyclone is controled by a valves. Upper has feeding box, middle is overflow box, and bottom has discharge sand box.
